If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 6. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

For users in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
