Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. We are working to expand shipping destinations and will update this page when additional regions become available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any delays via email.

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout. Free on orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping (3 business days): Calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations on your property, then contact your local carrier. If you are still unable to locate your order, email us at hello@z-fresh.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
