Cancellation policy

This policy applies to all subscription and recurring purchase options available on z-fresh.com.

Cancel Anytime

Z-Fresh subscriptions have no lock-in period and no cancellation fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through either of the following methods:

  • Customer account portal: Log into your account at z-fresh.com, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and select "Cancel Subscription."
  • By email: Send a cancellation request to hello@z-fresh.com with your order number and the email address associated with your account. We process cancellation requests within 1 business day and will confirm via email.

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Your billing date is shown in your account portal and on your subscription confirmation email.

Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour cutoff may result in one additional charge for the upcoming cycle. In this case, the shipment will be sent and you may request a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you are unsatisfied.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to any products from your last shipment. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period, but our 90-Day Guarantee applies — contact us if you need assistance.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you would like to pause your subscription rather than cancel it entirely, contact us at hello@z-fresh.com and we will arrange a temporary pause on your behalf.

Reactivation

You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time by logging into your account portal or contacting us at hello@z-fresh.com.
