Refund policy
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Z-Fresh with a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your order date for a full refund — no questions asked. You do not need to return the product to qualify.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email hello@z-fresh.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief description of your concern (optional — we never require an explanation)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer before reaching out to us, as processing times vary by institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Subscription Orders
Our 90-Day Guarantee applies to subscription orders. If you are unsatisfied with any shipment, contact us at hello@z-fresh.com and we will resolve the issue. Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period; however, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis under our guarantee.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and promotional items provided at no charge are not eligible for refunds.
